General Terms and Conditions for Old Movies Movie Classics

1. Introduction
Welcome to Old Movies movie Classics! These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our mobile application (Old Movies movie Classics). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the App.
2. User Accounts
- You may be required to create an account (optional) to access certain features of the App, such as saving movies to a list.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3. Subscriptions
- The App offers optional monthly and yearly subscriptions that unlock additional features, such as [list of features unlocked by subscriptions].
- Subscriptions are processed and managed by Google Play.
- Payment for all subscriptions will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Google Play will automatically charge your account for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account settings after purchase.
4. Use of the App
- You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner.
- You will not use the App for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
- You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App.
- Violate the security of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or servers.
- Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
5. Public Domain Content
- Our App surfaces public domain movies hosted directly on YouTube.
- By using the App, you acknowledge that you are accessing YouTube content and agree to YouTube’s terms of service.
6. Intellectual Property
- The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of GRAVITYCODE D.O.O. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
- The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
- We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services.
- You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of any third-party websites or services, including Google Play.
8. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- We may also terminate these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App.
9. Disclaimers
- THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
- WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
13. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
